Welcome to Merci Café Las Vegas !

We are Dorine and Ghislain, a French couple and the proud franchise owners of Merci Café. After building our life and family in France, we wanted to bring a little piece of our culture with us: great food, shared moments, and a warm welcome for everyone. Our love for Las Vegas began in 2014 and quickly grew into a true passion. We fell in love with the city’s unique energy and spirit, so much so that in 2022, we chose Las Vegas as the place to celebrate our wedding. Today, we are incredibly excited to begin this new chapter with Merci Café. We chose to become part of the Merci Café family because we truly share the values at the heart of the brand: warmth, generosity, authenticity, togetherness, and the desire to make every guest who walks through our doors feel genuinely welcome. These values reflect who we are and exactly the kind of experience we want to create here in Las Vegas. To us, Merci Café is much more than a place to enjoy a great coffee or a delicious meal. It is a place to connect, share special moments, and experience a little of the French “art de vivre.” Our greatest success won ’t simply be serving you a great meal...
